Don Cockayne is the owner of Applied Integration Inc. For 16 years he worked in the Lumber and Building Materials market, as a prominent team member at what was originally Dimensions, which later became Enterprise Computer Systems (now Activant). Initially starting out as a system installer, he quickly took over the hardware and operating system core of the business, and carried the title of Hardware Support Manager for many years.

For nearly 20 years now, he has been dedicated to installing and supporting systems for small and medium sized companies. During that time, he has developed an appreciation for the trust small business owners need to have in their technology partners, along with a keen understanding of the financial constraints that small business face when trying to implement technology solutions.. He holds firm to the belief that in business, the key to success is to identify your core competency and then to focus intently on that competency.
