- About Us -

Look behind the scenes of any Dimensions Software ™  system, and you'll see the signature of the core of Applied Integration written all over the operating system layout and standards.  Don Cockayne, one of the early employees of Dimensions Software, now owned by Activant, was one of the driving technical forces within that organization.  You may remember attending one or more of the technical presentations Don always contributed to the Dimensions Users Conferences.  You may have had him on-site during your own initial system installation, or have talked with him on some challenging technical problem you were experiencing at some point with your system.

Whether you had a lot of contact with Don, or none at all, his years of experience are now available to be applied directly to the successful integration of your own systems.  The model that Applied Integration is based on is one that has been proven time and time again in this industry.  We understand that most small businesses have neither the resources nor the personnel to fully exploit all the capabilities of their systems.  We also understand that budgets are already tight, and that there is limited room for added expenses related to Information Technology.

Our organization is setup so that the skills of a few people can be leveraged across many small businesses.  We're geared to be "bolted on" to your business, instantly supplying increased support, integration and maintenance of systems, at a fraction of the cost of adding your own dedicated full time personnel.

Our services are setup to be tailored specifically to the needs of your business.  For the smallest business with only very limited needs for support and integration of systems, we offer simply "Time and Materials" billing, while businesses with more complex needs can utilize effective "Retained Services" billing for consistently applied services at a fixed, easy to budget amount.  Our retained services prices are built around the needs of your specific company, there isn't a "one size fits all" mentality applied here, so you pay for just what you need.
