As a primary portion of our operations, we operate a Network Operations Center office in Salt Lake that responds to and resolves the IT related issues for our Customers businesses. The position we are offering is that of Network Technician Level 1. This is typically assumed to be an entry level or junior level Technician position, with excellent opportunities for the Technician to gain experience and education in a fast paced, highly technical environment that supports a wide range of complex IT Systems.
The Technical Account Manager oversees and manages the overall relationship with our current Managed Services Customers. This person will be performing recurring tasks including Account Audits and Technical Reviews with the Customer as well as working with the rest of the Services Team to ensure that the Customers needs are being met to the highest possible standards.
This position requires a person with strong IT Technical skills and absolutely top notch communication skills. This is a communication intensive position, you must be able to work with and understand the Technical Support Team that is managing the end systems, and be able to communicate very effectively with the Customers, on the phone, in person and when corresponding through written methods. We are looking for someone extremely confident, who can present a very positive image and quickly gain the trust and respect of Customers and Co-Workers.
